Hourly Rates

Hourly rate is €35 with a minimum 3 hour session, booking up to a maximum 6 hour booking per session/day. No VAT charge.

Travel Costs

Up to 30km - €15

Up to 60km - €30

Up to 90km - €45

Over 90km - To be agreed

 

Deposit

Payment of 50% of the session/day price is required 48 hours prior to the session/day booking.

Once the date and hours for the session(s) have been agreed, you will be sent an invoice & contract by email, which can be paid by bank transfer. The remainder of the session/day price is payable after each session.

 

Disbursements

Any additional costs such as storage solutions are charged at cost and added to the amount payable at the end of the session or billed separately if the booking is cancelled.

 

Cancellations

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the intended time and date of our session together, your deposit will likely not be returned (depending on the circumstances) and any cost incurred for disbursements will be billable and payable. This is to provide some level of protection for loss of work that could have otherwise been booked on that date.
